Continental CEO says 2004 sales up some 1 bln eur


BOCHUM, Germany, Jan 25 (Reuters) - German automotive supplier Continental AG bosted 2004 sales by nearly 1 billion euros ($1.31 billion) including acquisitions, Chief Executive Manfred Wennemer told an industry conference on Tuesday. "Together with (acquired car parts group) Phoenix we will certainly have added almost a billion euros to sales," he said. That means sales may have swelled to around 12.5 billion euros.
