Continental share sale seen at 101 eur/shr or above


LONDON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Banks placing shares in German tyre and brakes specialist Continental AG are expected to price the issue at a minimum of 101 euros per share, sources familiar with the issue said on Tuesday. At that price, Continental's issue of up to 14.6 million new shares would raise 1.48 billion euros ($2.13 billion) in capital. The shares represent about 10 percent of Continental's outstanding stock, which will help fund its acquisition of Siemens' automotive electronics ...
