NEW YORK, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Cooper Industries Inc. , a tools and hardware maker, on Friday said it reached an agreement with other parties regarding its participation in the Federal-Mogul Corp. asbestos claimants trust.
The agreement, which is subject to court approval, will be disclosed early Monday, Dec. 19, said Houston-based Cooper. It said it will hold a conference call to discuss it.
