LISBON, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Portuguese motorway company Brisa on Wednesday said it will raise its tolls by an average of 2.8 percent on Jan. 1, in keeping with legally permitted annual increases.
In a statement, Brisa added it would invest 400 million euros ($504.3 million) in building, widening and improving toll roads in 2004. ($1=.7932 Euro)
