FRANKFURT, Aug 27 (Reuters) - A German court has cleared Daimler AG of accusations it waited too long to announce the departure of its former chief executive, Juergen Schrempp, in 2005, a court statement said on Wednesday. Frankfurt prosecutors have lodged an appeal, it added. An appeals court had in March sent the case back to the lower court in Frankfurt to reconsider its original verdict that the news came out in a timely way.
