Daimler reiterates plans to grow -paper

FRANKFURT, Dec 23 (Reuters) - German carmaker Daimler aims for higher growth and to be one of the world's most profitable car manufacturers, its chief executive told workers in a letter, Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung reported.
