NEW YORK, June 21 (Reuters) - Daimler and Rolls Royce have secured around 85 percent of shares in German heavy engine maker Tognum after the expiry of their joint tender, Daimler CEO Dieter Zetsche told Reuters Insider on Tuesday.
"Obviously our offer was ending just yesterday, it was very successful," Zetsche said. "We're at about 85 percent ownership now. We are very satisfied with this development."
