Daimler Trucks to grow vehicle sales in 2008

WOERTH, Germany, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Daimler's industry-leading truck business expects a return to growth this year year after unit sales fell 9.4 percent to 467,700 vehicles in 2007, the company said on Wednesday.
