DaimlerChrysler board backs CEO, group strategy

FRANKFURT, April 29 (Reuters) - DaimlerChrysler AG's supervisory board fully supports Chief Executive Juergen Schrempp and the autos group's strategy, the company said in a statement issued following a meeting in New York.
