DaimlerChrysler says complaint to SEC has no merit

FRANKFURT, Oct 28 (Reuters) - DaimlerChrysler considers a whistleblower complaint that prompted an SEC investigation as groundless, Daimler finance chief Manfred Gentz said on Thursday, without providing further details.
