DaimlerChrysler takes full control of MTU unit

FRANKFURT, Sept 16 (Reuters) - DaimlerChrysler has agreed to buy the Brandenstein-Zeppelin family's nearly 5 percent stake in MTU Friedrichshafen, clearing the way for divesting the heavy diesel unit, the carmaker said on Friday.
