DaimlerChrysler unit offers 750 mln euro FRN

LONDON, July 30 (Reuters) - DaimlerChrysler North America, a unit of auto giant DaimlerChrysler , offered a 750 million euro two-year floating-rate note for sale on Wednesday, lead managers for the deal said. Due August 12, 2005, the bond pays a coupon of 60 basis points over three-month Euribor and was priced at 99.902. BNP Paribas, JP Morgan and LBBW are managing the bond sale. DaimlerChrysler is rated A3 by Moody's Investors Service and BBB+ by Standard & Poor's.
