NEW YORK, Feb 24 (Reuters) - Auto-parts maker Dana Corp. has hired restructuring firm Miller Buckfire & Co. as it grapples with financial losses and operational problems, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
