NEW YORK, Dec 27 (Reuters) - Deloitte & Touche LLP has agreed to pay $38.25 million to settle an investor lawsuit over alleged accounting improprieties at bankrupt auto parts maker Delphi Corp , plaintiffs' lawyers said on Thursday.
