SHANGHAI, April 20 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. said on Friday that Delphi Corp. , its biggest auto parts supplier, had "ample solutions" to emerge from bankruptcy even if the co-leader of a proposed $3.4 billion investment quit plans to support it.
