Denway parent applies for HK listing

HONG KONG, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Denway Motors said on Friday its controlling parent Guangzhou Automobile Group had made an application for a listing in Hong Kong, paving the way for the privatisation of the Hong Kong-listed company.
