NEW YORK, Jan 20 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. , Ford Motor Co. and DaimlerChrysler AG , fearing higher medical costs, joined a suit to block two Michigan health systems from building two hospitals in the Detroit suburbs, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.
