Deutsche books 300 mln eur gain from Daimler sale


FRANKFURT, July 28 (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank made a pretax gain of around 300 million euros ($362 million) by selling shares that reduced its stake in carmaker DaimlerChrysler to 6.9 percent from 10.4 percent, it said on Thursday. "With this transaction Deutsche Bank is continuing its policy of selling its remaining stakes in other listed companies," it said in a statement.
