D'Ieteren 2003 profits hit by weak car market


BRUSSELS, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Belgium's largest car seller D'Ieteren on Friday reported a 20.8 percent fall in 2003 profits, hurt by poor performance at car rental unit Avis Europe and a weak car market. The company said its full-year net current profit was 83.9 million euros, down from 105.9 million euros in the year-ago period.
