EL SEGUNDO, Calif., May 22 (Reuters) - DirecTV, the top U.S. satellite television provider, on Thursday said a federal district court judge in Los Angeles has rejected tort damages claims asserted by Pegasus Communications Corp. and the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC).
