MILAN, April 22 (Reuters) - Italian motorcycle maker Ducati said on Thursday it planned to make an offer to buy motorcyle maker Moto Guzzi from struggling bike group Aprilia in the next few weeks.
Ducati has been named as one of 15 potential buyers for Aprilia, which is struggling to restructure its debts. Aprilia's chairman has said he could sell Guzzi or a stake in the overall company to help fund a turnaround.
