MILAN, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Investindustrial and BS Investimenti, key shareholders in Italian motorcycle maker Ducati , said on Tuesday they were launching a buyout offer at 1.7 euros per share for the rest of the stock.
They said in a statement the offer targets the future delisting of Ducati.
