MILAN, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Shares in Italian motorcycle maker Ducati have been suspended pending a statement, Milan's Bourse said on Tuesday.
Italian financial newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore reported on Tuesday that Ducati key shareholder Investindustrial planned to launch an offer for the company with the aim of delisting it.
