NEW YORK, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Dutch sportscar maker Spyker has agreed to buy Saab from General Motors Co [GM.UL] for $74 million in cash and $326 million in preferred shares in the new company that would emerge after the deal, a source familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.
