MUMBAI, April 24 (Reuters) - The board Elgi Equipments Ltd. has approved a plan to spin off its automotive equipment business to a wholly-owned subsidiary, it said on Monday.
Shares in the company fell 4.35 percent to close at 83.60 rupees in a weak Mumbai market.
