BRUSSELS, July 22 (Reuters) - The European Commission approved on Thursday plans by Porsche Holding Gesellschaft of Austria, which distributes passenger cars, to purchase GGBA, a French vehicle distributor.
The deal was approved under the Commission's simplified procedure, used when neither customers nor competitors have complaints about a transaction.
