BRUSSELS, April 28 (Reuters) - The European Commission on Monday approved a four-bank takeover of Fidis Retail Italia, an auto consumer credit business now owned by Fiat group . The four Italian banks are Banca Intesa , Capitalia , IMI Investimenti and Unicredito Italiano .
