EU approves ThyssenKrupp buy of Sofedit


BRUSSELS, May 27 (Reuters) - The European Commission on Tuesday approved plans by German steel maker ThyssenKrupp to buy troubled French car parts maker Sofedit. Sofedit operates in France, Poland, Spain, Brazil and Britain.
