BRUSSELS, June 24 (Reuters) - The European Commission on Monday approved Volkswagen's purchase of Din Bil Holding, which distributes many of its products in Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Malmo and Stockholm in Sweden.
The transaction was approved under the Commission's simplified procedure, used when neither customers nor rivals have complaints about a deal.
