BRUSSELS, May 14 (Reuters) - The European Commission gave the green light on Friday to German car part makers Hella and Behr and French peer Plastic Omnium for a three-way joint venture to build auto part modules.
"The deal will have little impact on competition as there are other manufacturers with significant activities in the relevant market and auto manufacturers enjoy considerable buyer power," the Commission said in a statement.
