EU clears Ineos to buy Lanxess resins unit

BRUSSELS, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Britain's Ineos [INEO.UL] won permission on Friday from the European Commission to buy the thermoplastic resins unit of German chemicals group Lanxess AG .
