EU clears Plastic Omnium buy of Inopart

BRUSSELS, Oct 30 (Reuters) - French auto components maker Plastic Omnium won permission on Monday from the European Commission to buy French peer Inopart. "After examining the operation, the Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area," the Commission said in a statement.
