EU clears Thule's acquisition of three firms

BRUSSELS, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Swedish sports equipment maker Thule won permission on Monday from the European Commission to buy control of CHAAS Holdings, Advanced Accessory Systems and the assets of Valley Industries.
