EU clinches state aid deals with Czechs, Slovaks

BRUSSELS, Oct 24 (Reuters) - The European Union reached agreement on Thursday with the Czech Republic and Slovakia on fair competition policies, removing an obstacle on their way to join the EU in 2004, diplomats said.
