BRUSSELS, Sept 7 (Reuters) - European national consumer bodies pressed Volkswagen to fix all emissions-cheating vehicles by the end of the year, in a joint letter on Thursday showing mounting impatience with the German carmakers response to the Dieselgate scandal.
