EU court advisor says Volkswagen fine was wrong

LUXEMBOURG, Nov 17 (Reuters) - A 31 million-euro ($36.1 million) fine and a finding of price-fixing for Europe's largest carmaker Volkswagen should not be reinstated, an advisor to the EU's highest court said on Thursday.
