EU okays Fiat buy of components maker Magneti

BRUSSELS, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Italian industrial group Fiat Spa won European Union approval on Wednesday to acquire sole control of car components maker Magneti Marelli Sistemi Elettronici S.p.A, the EU's executive Commission said.
