VIENNA – Toyota’s Alphard luxury minivan hits Russia this week, making the market the first outside of Asia to offer the vehicle. The Alphard is manufactured in Japan mainly for sale locally. The vehicle, powered by a 275-hp, 3.5L gasoline engine, starts at RR2.485 million ($83,145) in Russia.
