BRUSSELS, Aug 26 (Reuters) - European Transport Commissioner Loyola de Palacio said on Tuesday the Commission will not object to Germany launching a new toll system for trucks on its motorways. At a meeting with de Palacio, German Transport Minister Manfred Stolpe said the German government would address separately the possibility of compensating German truckers for the extra cost -- an issue the Commission will also look at.
