EU's Kroes hopes to act on Autostrade by April

BRUSSELS, March 20 (Reuters) - EU Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes said on Tuesday she hoped to take action by April in her case against Rome over a merger deal between toll-road firm Autostrade and Abertis of Spain.
