Exide names TV Ramanathan as chief executive

MUMBAI, April 20 (Reuters) - Exide Industries Ltd. on Friday named chief operating officer T.V. Ramanathan as the chief executive officer.

The company also elevated chairman and chief executive S.B. Ganguly as chairman emeritus.
