Exor to pay 5.6 euros to purchase Fiat shares-Ifil

MILAN, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Fiat's top investor Ifil said on Saturday holding Exor will pay 5.6 euros a share for a packet of Fiat shares it will then sell to Ifil, allowing Ifil to keep a 30 percent stake in the carmaker.
