FACTBOX-Volkswagen brand plants in western Europe

Nov 21 (Reuters) - Volkswagen plans to end production of the best-selling Golf at its plant in Brussels and cut jobs there as it extends restructuring measures to factories in western Europe outside Germany, it said on Tuesday.
