Fiat CDS, GM bonds rally on put settlement-traders

LONDON, Feb 14 (Reuters) - The cost of insuring against a default by Italy's Fiat fell sharply early on Monday after General Motors Corp. agreed on Sunday to pay 1.55 billion euros to avoid having to buy loss-making Fiat Auto.
