ROME, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Fiat Chief Executive Giuseppe Morchio said on Thursday that the Italian carmaker would not consider any other partner than U.S. giant General Motors .
Morchio, speaking on the sidelines of a conference, also reiterated the Fiat group should pull back to break even this year.
