MILAN, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Fiat's new version of its tiny Cinquecento car has been named "Car of the Year" by European motoring journalists, according to the Web site of Dutch car magazine, Autovisie. A storu on the front page of the www.autovisie.nl site posted on Thursday said the Cinquecento -- which means 500 in Italian -- beat the Mazda 2 and the Ford Mondeo into second and third place.
