Fiat interested in Serb carmaker Zastava -minister

BELGRADE, April 22 (Reuters) - A delegation of Italy's Fiat SpA is expected to arrive in Serbia this week to negotiate a takeover of the country's sole carmaker Zastava, outgoing Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic said on Tuesday.
