BEIJING, Dec 26 (Reuters) - Fiat and Nanjing Automobile are ending their joint venture now that Nanjing Auto is merging with top Chinese car maker SAIC Motor Corp , the president of Nanjing Auto said on Wednesday.
Fiat was giving up its stake in the joint venture with Nanjing Auto and ending its partnership with the Chinese car maker, Yu Jianwei, president of Nanjing Auto, told reporters. (Reporting by Jason Subler, editing by Ken Wills)
