Fiat, Magna must improve Opel offers-German minster

BERLIN, May 27 (Reuters) - Italy's Fiat and Canadian supplier Magna International must significantly improve their offers for German carmaker Opel, Economy Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg said on Wednesday.
