Fiat names Ferrari chief Montezemolo as new chairman

TURIN, May 30 (Reuters) - Italian car maker Fiat has named the head of its Ferrari unit, Luca di Montezemolo, as chairman following the death of Umberto Agnelli, it said on Sunday. John Elkann, the 27-year-old grandson of former Fiat boss Gianni Agnelli, has been named vice chairman, the company said.
